Meet the team

ARC Ventures has been established to provide support to local community groups and businesses to assist in project realisation.

Raelene Williams

Raelene has an extensive background in working with Government (Department of Planning & Community Development – DPCD, Country Fire Authority -CFA), not-for-profit (Lead On Australia – LOA) and community groups (Moonambel Events – MEI -and Maryborough Fire Brigade) – in Project Management, Community Engagement and Business Development, including funding and partnerships (Bendigo Bank).

In addition to Raelene’s extensive practical experience, she holds a Diploma of Business Management (Frontline Management), and Advanced Diploma of Business Management.

Currently she is undertaking study towards a Postgraduate Diploma of Project Management.

She has lived in regional Victoria for most of her life, assists with the operation of the family farm, and has a young family, all of which provide her with great insight into the challenges facing rural and regional communities today.

Rebecca Murray

Rebecca has an impressive background working in retail and administration providing exceptional and consistent customer service. Combined with her outstanding people skills, Rebecca is also a graduate of the 2018 Leading Excellence Maryborough Program.

Rebecca has a broad financial knowledge base, excellent research skills, and is known for her welcoming manner and determination to help out wherever she can. With her rapidly expanding experience in event management this translates into the winning combination required to manage the ARC Ventures administrative and event duties.

With a young daughter involved in community and school activities, and additional local volunteer roles, Rebecca has a solid understanding of the pressures felt by community and not-for-profit organisations.
